Automatic retort loading
We design fully automated loading and unloading solutions for retorts, based on motorized shuttles. These systems ensure automated transfer of retort trays or baskets in perfect synchronization with your pasteurization or sterilization cycles.
Each project is custom-designed based on your layout, throughput requirements and the type of retorts used. The shuttles are automatically controlled via our interface.

TONGUE SHUTTLE
The shuttle lifts and places stacks of retort trays / baskets directly into the retort.
“Push & Pull” Shuttle
The shuttle pushes stacks of retort trays / baskets onto the retort rollers for loading and pulls them back for unloading.
Shuttle for motorized retort
The shuttle transfers stacks of retort trays / baskets to the retort infeed, where the retort then takes over the stack.
TRACEABILITY
Each basket or stack of retort trays is tracked and identified throughout the entire cycle, with centralized control.
