Since its beginnings, MCA Process has grown while preserving its family spirit. Today, our company brings together more than 100 passionate employees, all sharing the same ambition: designing and building the food processing solutions of tomorrow.
Company Founded
MCA Process was founded in Saint-Guénolé, Brittany, by Philippe Le Pape to bring his technical expertise to local fish processors and fishermen through the design and manufacture of tailor-made solutions, from machining to metal fabrication.
The company grows to 20 employees.
A first phase of growth began with new projects for companies in the fish canning industry.
MCA Process relocates to Plomelin
A new facility to support business growth, welcome new customers in the food industry, and strengthen production capacity.
MCA Process moves to Quimper
MCA Process moves into its current facilities, designed to accommodate complete production lines and new specialized workshops.
First Robot Installed
The company positions itself as a pioneer in food processing automation.
Awarded the “Innovative Company” certification
Official recognition of our commitment to research and development.
Opening of our office in Brazil
Estelle Le Pape takes over the management of the company. MCA Process expands internationally with the opening of a subsidiary in Brazil.
Creation of the R&D Laboratory and Filing of Patents
A dedicated innovation hub focused on patent development and anticipating our customers’ future needs.
International Expansion
The company reaches 65 employees, with 40% of its revenue generated from international markets.
Growth & Recognition
Completion of the first building extension, opening of our U.S. office, and award of the EcoVadis Bronze Medal.

MCA Process completes its second facility expansion and achieves €23 million in annual revenue.
