We have just commissioned a complete pouch loading and unloading line for 300 g ready meals.

Our installation includes:
🔹 Pouch conveying and loading onto trays
🔹 Automatic loading and unloading of tray stacks into autoclaves via shuttle
🔹 Pouch unloading and reintegration into the production line

👉 A fully automated line, running at 80 products per minute, ensuring efficiency, safety, and consistent production quality.
