SAT Validation of Grill Tray Loading and Unloading Line for Pouches, Canada.

We recently completed the SAT of a new line designed for grill tray loading and unloading of 250 g ready-meal pouches for a customer in Canada.

The line operates at 90 pouches per minute and includes several key process features:

=> Modular grill tray loading/unloading units
Engineered to be directly connected to a shuttle system for a future extension feeding 4 autoclaves (6 stacks each).

=> Integrated drying
Pouches are dried directly on the line with our dryer, improving downstream handling conditions and overall process reliability.

=> Scalable system architecture
Designed to accommodate future capacity increases and equipment integration without structural redesign.

We continue to support our customers in optimizing throughput, pouch-handling processes, and long-term automation strategies.

For similar applications or upcoming projects, our team is available to discuss technical requirements.
