Successful new installation!

We have just commissioned a complete pouch loading and unloading line for 300 g ready meals.

We will be present at CFIA Rennes 2026 on March 10, 11, and 12.

We recently completed the SAT of a new line designed for grill tray loading and unloading of 250 g ready-meal pouches for a customer in Canada.

The line operates at 90 pouches per minute and includes several key process features:

🚀 FAT successfully completed – Heading to South America 🌎

The FAT of a complete loading / unloading line for wet pet food pouches has been successfully completed. The line is now on its way to South America.

🎉 40 years already for MCA Process… and still the same energy!

On Friday, we celebrated our 40th anniversary at the magnificent Orangerie de Lanniron.

🌞 Summer’s arrival is also an opportunity for us to share a great time together!

Last Friday, the entire MCA Process team gathered around a grilled pig, enjoying a festive and warm atmosphere.
To add to the fun, we also held a Breton puck tournament where good humor competed with a strong spirit of competition! 🐷🥇

🚚 Heading to Spain!

The FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) has just been successfully completed, and the equipment is now on its way to our customer in Spain.

Already three fantastic days at IFFA Frankfurt—and now the whole team is here for the final stretch! 💪
Lots of exciting conversations, new connections, and great energy at the booth.
