Heading to Spain

🚚 Heading to Spain! The FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) has just been successfully completed, and the equipment is now on its way to our customer in Spain. This project involves a complete vacuum potato pasteurization line, for which MCA Process was involved from the thermoformer output through to palletizing: 🔹 Tray loading / unloading 🔹 Basket loading / unloading (loading the trays into the baskets) 🔹 Bag drying 🔹 Packing into cartons or plastic crates 🔹 Palletizing All while managing: ✅ A wide range of product formats (from 500 g to 5 kg) ✅ A throughput of up to 78 products per minute per line ✅ … across two lines delivered to our Spanish customer 👏 Congratulations to all the teams involved in this excellent achievement! We look forward to seeing the line in production very soon.
